Who is responsible for the guidance?
Guides attributed to Buildscape are company-authored guidance. A named presenter, author or professional reviewer is identified only when their contribution and role are confirmed. Company attribution alone does not mean that a named engineer has reviewed every page.
What does each evidence label mean?
- Design visualisation
- A proposed design or rendered presentation. It does not prove construction or completion.
- Site photograph or progress film
- A record of what is visible at a particular time. It does not establish compliance, concealed work quality or project completion by itself.
- Company-reported project outcome
- An outcome supplied by Buildscape. Dates, scope and supporting records should be read with the claim; it is not independent verification.
- Planning template
- A blank or illustrative tool for your own discussion. It is not an actual client record, a quotation or a promise of included services.
Sources and technical limits
Check the relevant authority, society and appointed professional for requirements applicable to your property. Guides cannot establish site conditions, legal status, structural adequacy or a final cost. Cost examples must state their assumptions; no client budget should be inferred from a confidential project.
Videos and companion guides
Related films support a topic without necessarily being the exact episode behind it. Exact episode associations need verified video identities. Transcripts and translated summaries should preserve the meaning of the original discussion. Publication and update dates should describe actual release and substantive changes.
Privacy and publication permission
Private client identities, exact addresses, testimonials and project records require the appropriate publication permission. Unapproved editorial drafts remain outside the public site. Redacted templates are labelled separately from client evidence.
Corrections and questions
If a description, video association or project detail appears incorrect, email info@buildscape.pk with the page link and the detail you want checked. Avoid including confidential client documents in a public comment.
