COST PLANNING · ISLAMABAD & RAWALPINDI
Plan the cost behind your quotation.
Use a covered-area calculation to explore your own construction quotation. The result depends entirely on the area, rate and other costs you provide.
Method reviewed: 1 November 2026. Buildscape rate ranges are not published until confirmed by the team.
Use your own quoted rate
Enter the total covered floor area across the floors included in your quote. Plot size in marla or kanal is not the same as covered area.
Enter a positive covered area and quoted rate to calculate. Other costs must be zero or greater.
This calculation is a planning tool, not a Buildscape quotation or verified market rate. It includes only the values you enter. Check land, design fees, approvals, taxes, utilities, external works, escalation and contingency separately to avoid omissions or double counting.
Discuss this estimateHow this estimator works
The formula is covered area multiplied by the quoted rate, plus any additional costs entered. Use the same floor-area definition and scope as the quotation. Check whether the rate includes basements, roof works, services, finishes and external works before relying on the result.
Compare scope before totals
A grey structure quote and a turnkey quote cover different work. Align quantities, specifications, provisional sums and exclusions before comparing totals.

What should I send for a quotation?
Share your project area, plot size, available drawings and required service. An estimate becomes more useful when the covered area, specification and responsibilities are clear.
