Rising prominently within the urban skyline, the project responds to the city’s growing demand for high-density, mixed-use commercial destinations that combine efficiency with strong architectural identity.

The design is defined by a sculpted, tapering glass form that creates a distinctive silhouette and a clear sense of motion. Layered façades and transparent surfaces establish a strong visual connection between interior spaces and the surrounding city, reinforcing activity and engagement across multiple levels.
